Information you provide

We collect your name, email, account identifier and language, and the contact phone number, service state, instructions, messages, appointment details and documents you choose to submit. Photos and scans are sent only when you confirm an upload. Do not send information that is unnecessary for your requested service.

Form answers and sensitive information

When you choose form-preparation help, we store the answers and documents you provide in your private request. Depending on the form, these may include home and mailing addresses, government identifiers such as an A-number or Social Security number, birth and citizenship details, family and employment history, race or ethnicity, disability or health information, income and tax information, and legal or criminal-history answers. Supply only what the selected form requires and only information you are entitled to provide. These details are linked to your request and used to prepare and review it, not for advertising or to decide your eligibility.

Where you choose document-assisted entry, our server reads supported document text to suggest fields for your review. An extracted suggestion is not treated as a confirmed answer until you accept it. This process does not send your document to an external AI service. You remain responsible for reviewing answers, signing where required and submitting to the official agency.

How we use information

We use information to manage accounts, review service requests, communicate with you, arrange appointments, prepare and share documents, quote and collect service fees, and protect the service against misuse. We retain request and payment history, including quotes, receipts and processor references. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments on its checkout page. Our systems do not store complete card or bank account numbers. We use Namecheap hosting, Cloudflare R2 private document storage and email infrastructure to operate the service. Authorized staff and providers receive the information needed for their tasks. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect people, accounts and the service. Mail, fax, translation or other providers are not used for an order until that service is available and you authorize it.

Security and device permissions

We use encrypted connections, private storage, access controls and document scanning. No system can guarantee absolute security. The app requests camera or file access only for features you choose. Network and security records may include IP addresses, request details, timestamps and errors. Account sessions and essential browser storage support sign-in and language choices; these are not advertising trackers.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while needed to provide the service, address disputes, prevent fraud, keep required business records or comply with law. You can request account deletion inside the app or contact info@ddcando.com to request access, correction or deletion. Some transaction, security or legally required records may remain for those purposes. Deletion from active systems does not instantly erase protected backup copies; those expire under the backup lifecycle.

Children and updates

The service is intended for customers arranging administrative services, not children under 13. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information without appropriate permission. We may update this policy when our service changes; the date above identifies this version.
